At UAbility you take qualified, inbound calls from founders, coaches, consultants and agency owners who already raised their hand and already sat through a workshop. The offers you close are ₹2.36L to ₹4.95L. Your commission per deal is real money — not a ₹2,000 spiff. If you can close, we’ll hand you more qualified conversations than you’ve ever had, the scripts to win them, and incentives with no ceiling.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO — Diagnose. Prescribe. Close.
You’ll start in setting — learning our offer, our buyer and our process from the ground up — and move onto qualified inbound calls as you prove you can hold a room. On a call, you will:
• Diagnose the real constraint in a founder’s offer, marketing, sales process or team — not just pitch.
• Make them see what’s truly blocking their growth, and what has to change.
• Prescribe the right UAbility program — and close the deal.
The best calls feel like a paid business consult that ends in a decision. You’re analytical, confident with founders, quick on your feet, and comfortable challenging assumptions to someone’s face — kindly.
